The City of Troy is located in the heart of Oakland County.

Known for its quality housing stock, parks, schools, business community, shopping, and dining it was listed as the number one best place to live in Metro Detroit in 2021. For more than 25 years Carlisle/Wortman Associates (CWA) has been working with City of Troy as its planning consultant.
