John Enos spoke at the Central Ohio APA Conference in Columbus Ohio on May19 in a session titled Kick Starting and Sustaining Growth: Economic Development Tools for Planners. The session was a primer on economic development tools available to Ohio cities including TIF’s, abatements, JEDDs and special improvement districts. Attendees learned how to use these tools to spur and sustain development in their community.
