Vision 2020 Master Plan

The primary focus of the Lima Township Master Plan is the preservation of agriculture and rural character in the Township. Two agricultural districts are proposed as a part of the Master Plan. The first is an Agricultural District with a minimum 20-acre parcel size. The second is an Agricultural/Residential District with a minimum parcel size of 10 acres. Both the Agricultural and Agricultural/Residential land use categories will rely on large lot sizes to protect and preserve agriculture and the rural character of the Township.
Other strategies are also proposed in the Master Plan to help preserve agriculture and rural character, and are included in the project pdf.
