has practiced community planning for more than 12 years in both Florida and Michigan, concentrating on the development and growth of cities and other urban areas. Her experience includes many topics within the broader categories of planning, zoning, economic development, and finance authority establishment. Most recently, Jennifer has earned a Masters in Public Administration from Walden University (February 2010), graduating with honors.
