is a community planner and architect with more than 23 years of experience in many areas of municipal planning.  He has also worked with the nationally acclaimed Redevelopment Ready Communities program, sits on boards for both state and national planning associations, and is Chair of the Macomb County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.
