is a community planner who has been practicing in the public and private sectors for more than 15 years.  His experience is broad, overseeing large and small scale planning studies, zoning projects, and code enforcement efforts.  He specializes in zoning interpretations and works extensively with Zoning Board of Appeals.  He also directs the firm’s municipal services initiative, which provides administrative management and support to community building departments. His understanding of the planning/construction relationship ensures that the community’s intentions are realized.
